Paint with Jen (“we,” “us”) runs paintwithjen.net. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Bookings. When you buy a ticket, our booking and payment provider, Square, collects your name, email, phone number, and payment details. We see your name, contact information, and booking details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Inquiry forms. When you send an event inquiry, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone, event date, event type, group size, location, and message.
- Analytics. We use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. They collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm and manage bookings, reply to inquiries, send event reminders and updates, handle credits and transfers, and improve the site. We don’t sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business, such as Square for bookings and payments and our website and analytics providers, and when required by law. If you book an event at a partner venue, we may share your name with that venue for check-in.
Photos
We may take photos at events for our website and social media. See our Terms & Conditions for how to opt out.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not. You can also ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing jen@paintwithjen.net. We may keep some records, such as payment history, when we need them for legal or tax purposes.
Children
Bookings and inquiries must be made by someone 18 or older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
